Hello I am working on a 96 cat d5c dozer replacing steering clutches my question is on the yoke there is a bolt that stops the cylinder from extending to far it says to adjust to 8mm is that adjustment to be made with the engine running and under pressure or is the adjustment with the cylinders in just after replacement?
