hi good day our D5 blade and ripper only works when you use ripper and blade , sometime you have to tilt it to work .
Your symptoms point to a classic case of a resolver (shuttle valve) problem. It may be nothing more than a failed seal(s) but I would suggest you replace them all including the backup rings. See the attachment. I have only shown the details for the blade lift and tilt sections of the 4-section control valve in the attachment because as far as the resolver network is concerned all the parts (apart from the Check Valve Assy in the lift section) are identical. Check the condition of the Ball #15 and Seat As #16. If you find either one scored or worn in a particular section of the valve then replace both. Take the Check Valve Gp #14 and shake it to ensure that the ball inside is free to move (that it rattles in other words). If the ball is stuck then the entire Check Valve will have to be replaced.
