D6H jacking points

Want to replace rails if anyone knows where to place jacks on the back I've got a winch on the back.

    I'd think you could jack on the frame close where the winch bolts on. Some people puts blocks under the back as high as possible that they will slide under and then lift the machine up with the blade.

    Ok thanks for the advice didnt think it would be good to place jacks under where the the transmision sits ill try blocks ive got some 24 in. blocking.

    Someone more familiar would know the best place to put the blocking.

    If its a dozer no jacks needed. Just blocks of wood, under the winch, then lift with the blade. Need it higher? Back up on some blocks then put the other blocks under the winch then lift and pull the ones out from under the tracks.

    Naaaaa really ? Sorta like the 2 guys that worked for a buddy of mine that had a log road building business before I met him, told me about. That drove 20 miles? or so, to the shop to get a jack to jack up the back hoe to take the flat tire off of, and then bring it to town to get it fixed.
