I have a D7 3T I just bought as my first dozer. It’s been sitting for 10-12 years. The pony motor was removed 15+ years ago and replaced with a starter but I’m putting the pony motor back on eventually. I got it turning over but the blade raises up as I turn the key. Now I can’t try to get it running since the rear control unit won’t release. Any ideas? The cable control number is 9D16180
