Can you please post a machine Serial Number and give exact details of the Codes for the transmission speed sensors. I imagine one will be 113-585-xx and the other 113-673-xx. There are two transmission output speed sensors. If the signal from one of them is lost the machine will stil lwork but with an error message. If signals from both sensors are lost the machine will not move because it has no way of knowing how fast it is moving.

Serial number KPZ02534 585-2 transmission output speed sensor #1 erratic ,intermittent or incorrect 673-2 transmission output speed sensor # 2 erratic, intermittent or incorrect 1298-13 All implement solenoids out of calibration 1471-13 steering control position sensor #1 out of calibration 1472-13 steering control position sensor #2 out of calibration 1473-13 steerin control position sensor 3 out of calibration E116 powertrain filter by pass switch closed So i changed both transmission speed sensors still no drive. Tested resistance fo the sensors ey all reading 1.2mega ohms.

First I would suggest to do the adjustment procedure of the two transmission sensors using the attached procedure. If that gives no result then proceed to the troubleshooting procedures for the FMI02 Diagnostic Codes, also attached.

Check the operation of both filter bypass switches with the engine stopped and with it running. It appears as though one of the switches is closed (filter in bypass or defective switch) when the engine is running. The switches should be open with the engine stopped.

It's not that type of speed sensor. It's e 1 that bolts w a bot

Ok w Ok noted wl get on that 1

Has the Implement ECM on this tractor been replaced at some point.? If so these calibrations will all need to be done but AFAIK the FMI13 Diagnostic Codes will not prevent the tractor from moving. they can be made with ET or (I think) using a Click Box.

Go straight to the sensor troubleshooting procedures in that case. With both sensors having been replaced it sounds as though you have harness problems. Check your messages. You have mail.

    Thnk u loads

  11. #11Cyee2023-10-27 12:09

No it hasn't bn changed. Tried calibrating with cat ET to no avail

  12. #12Nige2023-10-27 12:11

What error message were you getting when the calibration(s) failed.? The same message with all four functions, or different.?

  13. #13Cyee2023-10-27 12:15

    The same message...

  14. #14Nige2023-10-27 12:22

But I wasn't there when the message appeared on your ET screen and my crystal ball is broken. So can you tell me what the message said.?

  15. #15Cyee2023-10-27 12:37

    Calibration unsuccessful

  16. #16Nige2023-10-27 12:40

No reason given, not even some sort of alpha-numeric "Code".?

  17. #17Cyee2023-10-27 13:12

    Yea no messages.

  18. #18Nige2023-10-27 13:22

Sorry, can't help you with that one then.

  19. #19ahart2023-10-27 16:32

Have you opened up the transmission filter yet?

  20. #20Cyee2023-10-28 04:25

    yes its clogged.changing it

  21. #21Nige2023-10-28 05:04

Try cutting it open and see what you find in the guts of it. See this LINK . I know it's an engine filter but it gives you the idea. Post photos of what you find in the bottom of the pleats. There are two identical filters in that location, one for the torque converter and one for the transmission. If you change them both make sure that you mark which one is which when you cut them open and take special note of which one has the most debris in it. Also, does the transmission oil smell burned.?

  22. #22Cyee2023-10-29 11:45

So we changed the transmission control box 2geda w the solenoids. Drive gd bt t cums n goes. When u disconnect the battery n reconnect t drives for a while then cuts off drive. Sumtymz reverse z out n sometimes it's forward that's out. Error that ere z for transmission speed sensors erratic

  23. #23ahart2023-10-29 12:05

We’re going to be hung up on that transmission filter until we see it.

  24. #24Cyee2023-10-29 12:22

Unfortunately I wrk @ a diamond I'm not allowed to have my phone or take pictures on site

  25. #25Nige2023-10-29 13:56

In that case describe in words what you found in the filter. Still need an answer to the question whether the oil smells burned or not.? Also describe the colour of the oil. Is it a light straw colour and clear, or is it dark and opaque.?
