Cat E120B engine oil pressure

I changed the oil and filter last fall, oil level is just a bit high, and just now starting to work with the thing, I get en engine oil light on. I bought a mechanical oil pressure gauge. Can anyone give me an idea what could cause the pressure problem? Can anyone link me some manual materials either for the e120b or the sk4t engine? Thanks, Noob J
