No start or barely runs. I cleaned the lines, the tank, repositioned rubber hoses, cut and reattached new clamps but air keeps getting in. When the filter bleed screw is removed I can see the level drop after priming. I replaced the filter. I notice the relief valve line appeared to have some fuel flow on priming with the priming pump. I pulled the relief line that runs to the top of the tank and when priming I see a small amount of fuel comes out with each pump when its full. Then I see the fuel stop and it looks like air is going backwards up the relief and in a couple minutes it gets to the filter housing. Has anyone seen this or had experience with this problem?
