In normal functions, Pump 1 (P1) control pressure was ~2MPa and at max load displacement was ~90 cm cubed, P2 on the other hand always read 0MPa control pressure and displacement never exceeded 30 cm cubed. Not sure if this points to an issue with Pump 2 or something else control related. RIght drive and boom functions are perfect.
Try to swap the left and right overflow valves of the swing motor to see if the situation is reversed. If so, the left overflow valve is broken.
that would explain the extremely low tracking speed?
I misread it. I thought it was just slow rotation. One side is fast while the other side is slow. The weak rotation is usually caused by the fault of the hydraulic pump solenoid valve.
The Left track, Swing and Arm1 spools are on the 5 spool side of the main control valve and oil is supplied by Pump2. The Pump2 flow rate control solenoid (to set auxiliary flow using the monitor) is mounted on the Pump2 regulator. Try unplugging the solenoid see if that has any affect on the machine performance. See screenshot below for Pump2 flow rate control solenoid location.
should it get better or worse when unplugging? thanks Diesel Dave
If it is an electrical signal issue the performance should get better when unplugging.
U are a genius I unplugged that sov and the machine runs great now that is awesome. What needs fixed then
Suspect there is an issue with the MC (main controller) . DRZX can monitor the signal to the Pump2 proportional solenoid valve. See screenshot below.
