Any one else having cat egr cooler issues on tier 4 final equipment , our D8T has 5700 hrs on it and has had zero problems , our 836k with a C18 on the other hand has destroyed one engine so far , this engine has already blown up 1 old style cooler and 3 new product updated coolers ,last one put a bend in #4 rod they repaired this engine , 5300 hrs on machine total . If coolers would quit bursting on this thing it might be a good machine .i have got cat to get all the other bugs worked out of it mainly the ard head plugging up issue that cuased aft fuel pressure high fualt, if any one is getting that constantly and cant figure it out , try changing the fuel lines going to the ard head , we had ard head plugging up sometimes one week others lasted 2-3 weeks and we had a few that plugged in 3 hrs. Fuel lines bad in the flexible section looked like little chuncks of carbon must have been the hose material coming apart
