CAT ET SETUP FOR PURCHASE

I watched a lot of this guys videos and he seems to be a standup guy. He works mostly on Bobcats and has recently put these kits to where you can troubleshoot your own equipment. I know it’s probably a stretch, but does it look like the correct set up to troubleshoot caterpillar? Price seems pretty reasonable.
