Tried to start the machine and it won't start. 3208 engine. Engine cranks ok but won't start. Was running fine and haven't ran it in 2 months. I'm getting voltage to the fuel pump shutoff solenoid. When i pump the hand primer with the fuel lines cracked at the injectors i can pump fuel through the injector lines. Is that normal for a 3208?
