Hey Guys - been reading a lot on this site, we picked up a Cat 235 this January and am curious if there is a way to determine what attachments will fit it, for example looking for a hydraulic thumb and a pin grabber coupler and see some for sale claiming to fit newer machines but is there a way to see if it would fit my older 235? I think you will need the pin sizes and measurements of the spread between the pins and the width of the bucket lugging. I think all the attachment manufacturers publish that information somewhere. The only other thing that seems to mess attachments up is the what is in the space between the pins. Most things like breakers and compactors are flat but many buckets have some kind of weldment that impinges into the space between the pins to a certain extent. Good Luck
