CAT vs Doosan

Biggest advantage for Cat is the global service and dealership network.

Parts availability can be spotting on the Doosan ( and similar) units. Resale is negligible as well. As far as operating, I have heard good things on Doosan, the newest ones anyway.

For your area i never heard a good thing about the CAT dealer up there so i think for the cost difference i would go for the doosan

I think Caterpillar is better than Doosan

It still depends on what are your considerations... If you consider machine price, features, machine construction and etc. As for the price Caterpillar is a way far expensive compared to Doosan Machines. But there are better features that Doosan have that Caterpillar don't have. Caterpillar machines were already proven over the years with its strength and durability, hence Doosan is still building its name.
