Catapillar 299C hydraulic issues. Loader will not raise or lower
Can you start by posting a machine Serial Number please. It helps in location technical information. Question: Do you have an Operator Manual.? Are you familiar with the implement lockout switch.? Not accidentally in the lock position maybe.? Can Diagnostic Codes be read on your machine.? If you are not sure then please post a photo of the panel in the upper RH corner of the cab where the gauges live.
