Hello again! Good afternoon. Hope yall can help me with these problem on Cat 299D3-X3. it has no movement on lift arms neither bucket tilt cylinders also that cooling radiator fan won't spins at all. but it does forward and reverse without problem. HYD. Lockout SOLENOID disengage also parking break solenoid disengage and go forward and reverse. any help TIA.
