This is a Japanese-market machine and availability of publications in English may be limited. Here are the Cat Publication references for the manuals for your 308C. Operation & Maintenance - not available, even in Japanese..... the closest thing to CPE appears to be SEBU7613 for a KCX-prefix 308C. Parts - XEBP8533 Service (should include an O&M, probably SEBU7613 as menioned above) - RENR5840. Try this LIN K if you don't find anything in online marketplaces. At least you would be able to get manuals on Cd which would cut down shipping costs.
