Hey all! First post here. Just finished up installing a reman final drive assembly in a Cat 325C L excavator (BFE prefix). Upon finishing it up, I started second guessing myself. I installed final to track frame bolts, travel motor to final and sprocket bolts with just oil on the threads and but now I'm thinking I should have used medium strength loctite. I have no service manual so I'm unsure what the Cat recommendation is.
See attached, Anti-seize is called out on the final drive bolts. No recommendation for the travel motor hardware, not even a torque figure specified. So it's standard toque for the size of fastener used.
