Change Head Gasket 931 b Cat 3204 engine

I need help, I have a 931 b cat loader with a blowed head gasket. It has been setting for a couple years now Im trying to fix it. I remove the value cover and see the rocker arm setting on a shaft. Qestion do I remove the shaft with the rocker arms on it and if so will the push rods fall? what is the procedure?
