I have a 2007 Kenworth t300 with a check engine light on. Is there a way to pull code with out scanner? Truck is running good and gauges all ok. Truck is a tow truck with a Cummins 5.9l
Hold the resume down on the cruise control.... the light should flash... flash, flash... pause.. flash... pause .. flash flash flash and that would equal code 213 if you get the picture. Do this with engine off, key on.
Turn on key, while lights are still blinking on the dash immediately mash and release the throttle three times and leave it released, and it will flash out codes, mostly 4 digit ones and start over with the list once it's done. The codes have to be active to flash anything. There may also be a switch above the clutch pedal that does the same thing.
