Well i got one just about given to me...expected the absolute worse...i have a w80 nh as well...the 80 is a very nice machine.on chinese machine cab is smaller then ideal...transmission only has 2 speed...but all in all...not as bad as i thought...for the money..it is ok...will use as yard machine....nothing we could use all day full time.....but actually very nice machine for part time work....awesome acreage machine...so far so good...but definately not a front line machine. Will keep posted as time goes on.

i can choose Liugong from China is Good Brand

  4. #4rondig2018-12-24 00:09

No chinese loader is a good brand lol....they are cheap. Mine works so far....cab way too small...hydraulics and transmission come out of a w14 case era machine...it is like having a belarus tractor....they are crude and fairly tough...but no comfort at all....i would NEVER make this my front line machine...but for 4800 bucks at auction brand new.....it will make a good yard machine....maybe.....so far so good...it does lift very well....brakes work very well....only 2 speed....maxes out at 12 mph. Gauges are in mpa instead of psi...so useless lol...fuel tank and oil tank look the same with same cap...so can see new guys screwing that up...no air dryer on air brakes..can see that freezing...it goes on....so good quality is a stretch...will keep posted as hours go up...bit of good points so far...heavy built..quick hitch fits all my normal implements. Has hydraulics to rear..kinda cool to run things back there like jack hammer, hydraulic jacks...etc...visibility is quite good..transmission shuttle works well...engine (isuzu) starts and works well. Loader cycle time is quite fast...but at 21 hours reliability and durability is still in doubt.

    A quick search came up w/ all sorts of options for that thing.. 16H, 16F.... What engine is in it?? fuel system.?? {Pics of engine} Maybe we can squeeze afew more bowls of rice out of her.?? {lol}

Well guys at auction thought it was a isuzu knockoff....i thought it looked like a yanmar....it is a knockoff...as it has an official tier 3 / euro 3 and CE Approved...naturally aspirated. Inline fuel pump. It says xinchia 498 bt 1 euro3

  7. #7rondig2018-12-24 10:10

There was one at auction with a qsf 2.8 cummins also....but that one brought 3x money

Shoot a picture of the engine while you are at it. I might recognize it or at least what it was copied from.

  9. #9Ronsii2018-12-24 14:00

Good idea, although you might have to flip the picture horizontally to see exactly how they copied it.

I have seen that before, intake, exhaust, injection pump, everything was opposites sides from the way I thought I remembered it.

Looks a bit like an old Isuzu but can't put my finger on it. Definitely not like anything modern and Japanese.

  16. #16Jonas3022018-12-24 21:31

Should make a good yard loader for that price

  17. #17thepumpguysc2018-12-25 05:09

Birken, is on the right track... That's a TICS inj. pump made by Zexel for Isuzu.. & several diff. manuf. but Isuzu being the largest.

Funny to see air brakes on a small modern loader.

You can't go wrong at that price for a yard machine. When you eventually have a major failure you can just scrap it. I'm sure it won't be too long before the Chinese up their game and produce good quality and the sort of spec people really want rather than just cheap. I can remember when Japanese mini diggers came into the UK. Initially they were considered a bit of a joke. All of a sudden they got their act together and they couldn't import them fast enough. Air brakes is strange....but man do they work.

  21. #21John C.2019-01-01 14:33

Is the machine using external dry disk brakes? That might explain them using air pressure.

  22. #22rondig2019-01-01 15:28

Yep sure does have external disc brakes

Well figured i would update... Loader still works great...but had some problems... 1) all hoses that have to flex and move...aux...cylinders...etc...all cracked and broke at -25. 2) oil in engine, trans, hydraulics was so thick nothing would move 3) heater sucked 4) it is a little louder than i would like Changed all hoses on loader to JIC and good hose...changed all oils...rerouted antifreeze to heater....so now everything works... The good... Amazing traction Engine starts awesome Lifts really well Skid steer quick attach Turns well The bad Small cab Loud Cant run hydraulic motors on aux... Robs peter to pay paul hydraulics Does make very nice yard loader...wife likes it more than her toolcat for taking care of horses...lifts round bales really well...moves snow with an 8ft blade really well....like i said awesome acreage/yard loader

Is that a hooklift/crane truck in the background?

  26. #26rondig2019-03-13 02:00

Yes it is....i love that thing

  27. #27LN Pipeline2019-03-13 02:14

I’d be interested in pictures of that thing, also. They seem like something every small construction or agricultural business should own. Hard to find used and at the right price, though.

  28. #28rondig2019-03-13 02:22

They are expensive to build...but awesome once done i can load anything in back

  29. #29rondig2019-04-02 01:48

Well last update on chinese loader....it worked very well as a yard loader...the hydraulics are not as precise as normal brands..it started and ran good..had excellent traction....but cab was small and loud....i sold it and bought a new kubota..and i also bought a used volvo l30b for the yard machine.
