The saga continuous with my Clark 55B. Now the mid mount bearing assembly is toast. I took it apart and the bearings turned into grinded dust, amazing that it still kind of worked. I have the parts manual but no shop/maintenance manual. There are shims I need to put in and I do not know the tolerances. Also the housing had grease in it, but there are no grease fittings just a plug, so is this not maybe supposed to be filled with oil ? Does anybody have a manual or know the answer ?
