Considering purchase of 1996 International dump

I'm considering a purchase of a 1996 International 4700 with a DT 466E dump truck. Very clean, with 160,000 miles. 6+1 trans. $ 15,000. What's your advise.

    Seems a little high, truck is almost 20 years old. Closer to $10 for me. Post some pics

    I have a 97 4900 dt466 w 6+1 with 38,000 miles - I would think mine is worth $9-10k great runner good looking very clean truck.
