How do you add on a block heater and where does it go?On a cummins ntc 300 855
theres a funny shaped plate on the side of the block under the exhaust manifold towards the rear of the engine. I has 6 5/16" bolts I think, might be 1/4" bolts, somewhat rectangular but actually has 6 sides. Take it off, block heater will come with new plate.
