Nice setup. I have a couple questions. Are you processing stone or concrete? The machine that looks like a water vehicle, what was its former occupation?
Looks like it was a forwarder, which is like an off-road log truck used in mechanized logging operations. Definitly a neat rig. Great Pics!!Nice setup!
right now we are running concrete, but this system works very with hard rock as well, we have even ran asphalt in it but only in the winter months. If it is to hot it plugs up the jaw very badly. Yes that is a early 90s franklin log fowarder, makes for a killer water truck. 2000 gallons will last on the crusher for a day and a 1/2, its not the fastest water truck aroud but it will go almost anywhere.
Where is the operation located, trainwreck? It looks like it might be part of a landfill....

it is set up at hillsboro landfill. about 20 min west of portland oregon.
