After installing new brakes on it when I depress the inching pedal it stops like the brakes are to tight. I adjusted the brakes like the manual said, but released them almost completely. I speculate that the only problem is that the new linings need to be run to get saturated in the oil, but would like a second opinion or another cause for this problem. There is no noise when running like the brakes are dragging, but before I put them on it would sort of "coast" to a stop. Any advice or a second opinion would be great. Thanks.
