D3B Steering

My D3B X27y01837 is still having steering problems. When the right brake/cluch pedle is pushed in both tracks stop. The right side cluch seems to be stuck.I have worked the cluch valve independ of the brake and the track doesnt even slow down. The pressure on the valve is about 200psi and it does work.I checked that befor I put the cover back on.It is a dry cluch.Nigel sent the linkage spec so all that is correct.Am I going to have to pull that cluch or is there a way to break it loose if that is what is wrong?

Hi pbmps, I found that the bolts were loose on my cat, the bracket was moving when the clutch was pushed, also there are some O-rings in the slave cyl. sam.
