Operator called in to ask for fuel filter change. After I changed the filter I stayed at the site to see if the flutter/skip accured again which it did. It skips for a few seconds and clears up,no smoke or loss of power when it is running smooth. Service manual states that rough engine can be caused by a faulty back flow valve and should be replaced. Contacted our dealer and looked in my parts manual and can't find a listing on this valve.
