1996 d5c has two plastic bungs/plugs on the rear of the machine. About 1/4 pipe thread. Are they for the clutch/brake fluid level?
Also, why plastic? Thanks
I think that they are plugs to protect threaded holes
There were plastic/foam plugs on attachment holes on my 931B. I melted a couple trying to get bushings for the clutch arms out. I wonder if they were put in as a liquid that expanded because they were flush with no way to thread them in.
