d5g drive coupler replace

Hi i believe i lost the drive coupler as i have no charge psi and nothing at the sample port. I looked at the procedure is sis and they show lowering pump through belly pan. The dealer is telling me i need to remove engine. Wondering if anyone has any experience with the pump removal. thanks and s/n is wgb03277

    Pull the engine much easier and less oil all over the contry side

    It’s easier to pull the engine and less chance of contaminating the hydraulic system.

    Thanks guys so im assuming you leave the pump in place?
