we Have an open rops 5G that I can’t seem to keep the throttle cable from freezing the boot on the linkage is a good cables are new seems like we have this problem every winter. Has anyone else come up with a good fix?
We have a cat roller that does that. The cable is about 8 feet long. They were using air brake antifreeze, better than menthal hydrate because it has some lubrication to it.
Put a new cable on it If you have 120v electric or a generator you could put a heat tape on it.
They want a $165 for the revised cable, and $10 for the additional cover.
