Serial# 00D5NAAGG00126 Yesterday after running for a few hours we noticed a little hydraulic oil coming out of the filter housing on the tank. Then noticed the fluid in the site glass was foggy indicating water in the system. Pulled the filter and found metal shavings sitting on top. Where should I start???
Jeff- Have you pulled your case drain filter and checked it for debris? Those are some mighty big chunks of metal, something is definitely missing them.
I have not yet. We’ll pull it tomorrow when we start draining everything. The metal chunks are thin and kind of look like the edge of a seal.
