New to me Komatsu D61PX-23 was delivered yesterday and after an hour of operation the right drive motor hydraulic line blew. It disappears up into the belly but I am unsure the best way to approach this repair. Machine has 8000 hours and will replace both lines on the right but will replace the left side as well. I'm open for advice on how to approach this repair.
Guessing you'll have to pull the belly pan to get at it.
It's more of an inspection plate. That's the easy part! All the bolts that hold all the guard plates on the inside of the track frame are corroded badly and are difficult to get to with the track in place. I may end up cutting the heads off.
