D6C Front idler assembly

Good day all I have a D6C 47J with broken bolts on front idler assembly Could anyone assist me with manual on how to disaesseble the unit to remove the broken bolts

    Need a little more info. Which bolts are you talking about the ones that hold the idler to the yoke or the one that hold the collars? If it's the big ones that go to the yoke you will have to break the track to get the idler out of the frame. James

    UliBully Hi James It's the vertical smaller 15mm bolts There are 2 on either side of the idler The challenge is, i don't want to remove the collars but need to remove the broken bolts A friend of mine gave me a tip to drill 10mm holes in the bolts, use 10mm allen keys which I cut off and force it into the holes with a 4pnd hammer and try turning it out with a socket and strong arm. What do you think?
