D6c steering clutches

I am installing steering clutch packs back in the dozer. D6c powershift. How do you hold steering clutch flange in place while torquing steering clutch bolts to 200 ft/lbs. Track chain is separated and the dozer sprocket is elevated out of track chain.

If I remember right, I think I used a small oak block that sat on the bottom of the case and against one of the bolt heads. You can tighten several bolts before having to reposition it.

I have a long 3/4 bolt with a 5/8 bolt welded to the end of it at 90 degrees. put the 5/8 bolt in one of the steering clutch flange holes and let the 3/4 bolt bottom out on the bottom of the case
