Had the pump rebuilt a year or so ago. Now I lose power when turning. Any ideas.

need to check pressure could be pump could be motor could be control valve have you checked to see if linkage is hooked up to control valve
Losing engine power.
You need to do an engine stall test. Hopefully someone has the specs.
Problem is there is no tacho on the machine, so unless the OP has a Multitach, knowing what TC stall RPM is supposed to be won't help him very much.

You can hear and feel if the engine is low on power on those machines when doing a stall, especially if you stall or just load the hydraulics at the same time. The other indicator is how fast the torque converter temp rises and falls when doing those tests.
