Got a new to us d6h. When you turn to the left it makes a screetching noise. When you go to the right it's smooth and no noise. Not sure if it's a bad noise or not. Also the transmission got a little warm after a hour maybe hour and half. We haven't cleaned the radiator or anything so that could causing that. Any ideas on the steering noise? All the fluids are new and levels are good.
bad news , your are losing the lining on the steering clutch and you might be losing the discs in the transmission and it might be starting to slip. do an oil sample and see if you are getting metal particles. my d5h was making those sounds and I lost all of the frictions in the steering and trans.
