good day everyone, hopefully someone has some ideas for me here. we recently rebuild a caterpilar c6.6 tier 4 engine out of a D6N. we have built these before with very little issues. well on this one when you fire it up it's almost like only cylinder 5 and 6 are the only one's working. when you do a shutoff test 1-4 do nothing, with 5 and 6 only one's making any difference. we tried so far the following moving injectors between holes to see if problem moved new injectors new pump retiming the pump replaced rocker assembly replaced lifters new harness checked camshaft, pistons to make sure they were correct ones used we pulled head and cylinder 1-4 are clean almost like they never fired once, 5 and 6 were sloppy with carbon. seems to me like a timing issue but we timed everything like sis says to, we have done 4 or 5 of these in past all same way. anyone experience anything similar?
