I have seen a couple of D8K's with an aftercooler,was this an option,or add on?Thanks for reading.

    I just finished doing replacement heads, water pump and exhaust manifolds on one. It is all associated with the arrangement number. This one had extended cooling, a real pain to replace the fan belt. The after cooler is heavy and still amazes me that much weight hanging on the intake manifold all these years.

    The Aftercooler was fitted to promote reliability as was the water cooled Turbo, there was No BHP increase benefit from this fitment, the top line was 300 bhp with or without the cooler. tctractors
