Recently had a pinion bearing pile up and shoot filings through everything cleaned the system and repaired the problem put her back to work and now it seems my brakes aren't getting cooled properly I took the clutch covers off again and checked the cooling lines there is nothing plugging them. And the scavenge pump seems to keep up as the oil level in torque housing is not high. Could it still be the scavenge pump? Any insight would be great thanks!
Ok guys never mind I got ambitious in the 100 above heat today and pulled the scavenge pump is fubar alright heat marks on the gears and one bushing gone. Sure odd that it would still keep up with the torque converter though.
