WE have an older Daewoo, nice tight machine but she bogs down and quits like she's not getting fuel. Took out the Bosc fuel pump - not the problem -checked all the lines,, etc, etc. can't find the problem. Anyone had any experience with this?
Check the banjo fittings on the filter housing,some of these have in line gauze filters in them and the do block.
yes, already checked - and the elbow WAS caved in - and not noticeable, seemed to run better for a while but still bogging out - not getting enough fuel - Is there more than one fuel pump on these machines or an auxilliary pump? that was suggested but don't know where it would be.
Have you checked the fitting from the tank? Remove the pipe and see if you have a flow of diesel from the tap. You will have to trace the fuel lines from the tank to the filter to the injector pump. To the best of my knowledge there is only a mechanical engine driven lift pump on them................
