If fuel line is clogged somewhere it will not start.Take the cap off fuel tank and blow back through lines with a shot of compressed air .You might have a floater in the fuel tank if is a fuel related issue .Make sure sensor wires are on and oil is full .

Depending on which type of injection system is on it.. hi pressure or mechanical.. will depend on how we get you going.. BUT, there should be a hand primer somewhere in the system.. Work the HP till you feel pressure.. make sure the shut off solenoid is working.. loosen a few lines AT THE INJECTORS to get the air out.. spin the engine till fuel starts to spurt out of the lines AT THE INJECTORS & tighten them up.. Now try to start it..

We had JD 200CLC that had an injector go bad. Take the injection lines off at the injectors and crank it over. If one of the injectors blows back, then it is pumping air back into the injection pump. You can start it on the other 3, then put the 4th on if it clears up. This has worked on the 12valve cummins engines also, I had one act up 2 or 3 years ago, and it hasn't done it since.
