Reverse works fine. When I shift into any forward gear and there is a 5 second delay before the tractor moves. Anyone have advice on what’s going on?
Once its in FWD does it slip?
My 310A does the same thing. There are adjustments that can be made to both forward and reverse to engage quicker or softer which ever you need. Start by adjusting the clutch , then the engagement speed. Unfortunately mine shifts slow and also slips in forward so I know the reverser needs rebuilding. A manual will give the correct instructions. Good luck.
