Deere 333G DEF system DCU codes

Hi, I have a Deere 333G PIN F300. It has went into derate mode due to codes DCU 3515.04 and 523636.00. the way I understand it, it's DEF system sensor value circuit fault. Has anyone had any experience with this problem? Dealer says it's not getting proper signal from the DEF tank header assembly. Is there any way to test this header assembly? or the wiring to the DCU? Thanks in advance

Pleae supply the complete machine serial number. Your machine might still be under warranty and with the serial I will be able to tell. I'll get back to you on those codes tomorrow.

Correct, no warranty. 3515.04 is a DEF sensor circuit fault. 523636.00 is the engine is derated. Code diagnostics says to replace the header. The header has a power wire, ground wire and "CAN" communication wires. You can check (with the key on) that the header has 12 volts to the red wire and less than 0.1 volt on the black wire (backprobed, carefully). With the key off and the header unplugged, check resistance between the green and yellow wires. Should be 60 ohms. If those items check out, then you need a header.

Hi MG. So here we are 2 1/2 yrs later and we have another identical machine ( 1T0333GMEKF362319 ) with the same codes and symptoms. We checked the power and the ground and they were good. But the resistance between the yellow and green wires was 47.8 ohms. Is that close enough? We went back and checked our old header that was removed and it was around 46.5. What is the range that is acceptable or what do you suggest?

Are you measuring the CAN wires on the harness or the header itself? There is no specifications listed for the header. If you are having the same issue, then it sounds like another header.
