Deere 490e, my first machine

I just bought a John Deere 490e. I'm new to excavators and was looking for some input on the machine. Anything seem to be a common problem? Also, is there anywhere to download a service manual, I would like to change all the filters and fluids asap. And where can I get a muffle that isnt $700? Called two places and that seemed to be the going rate. Thanks alot for any help gentlemen.

    Get used to spending money...just lost the fuel cap, $99 at the dealer - $35 on-line. FYI
