Was wondering if there was a fuel strainer, above the cut off valve in the fuel tank? Keep having to blow out fuel line from tank to pump. Or if there were any fuel screens up on the primer pump? Thanks in advance Tony

No worries, I'm sure they'll move it to excavtors for you.... the short answer is yes, they originally did, it was actually screwed to the shutoff valve so if you remove the valve the strainer should come out with it. At some point they decided to obsolete it as a replacement part, lots of them got thrown away by us mechanics, lol. Have to either pump all the fuel out or have a pipe plug handy when you screw the valve out, voice of experience even though it was twenty-five years ago now....
