They also have it here for $400: https://www.deutzpartsdirect.com/deutz-1011-service-manuals but that's more expensive and it's the print version.
There is a service manual thread here somewhere. Did you look there? I have 1012, 1013, 912, 913 in pdf, but my 1011 is in hard copy, and yes it was a couple hundred bucks. I can copy a page or two out of that if you want...
