donaldson filters for CAT320D

Hi! i have a part number of water separator for cat320D (PN: 438-5386) but im looking for the donaldson part number. can anyone help? thanks.

    438-5386 is an ultra-high efficiency element, designed to protect fuel system components in locations where fuel cleanliness is not optimum. I tried looking for the former number 382-0664 also but still no go. I would be very careful going for "will fit" in this particular application as a fuel system failure caused by wear resulting from poor filtration could be much more expensive than the cost of the genuine filter.
