China has always been a gamble on one time purchases, it's getting worse as worldwide demand slows and their economy tanks, the sales people are getting desperate. You're never really dealing with the factories over there no matter what they tell you, it's all trading agencies and brokers. The only way to be successful is to buy something you need lots of on a continuing basis that way you have the leverage of future orders to motivate them to make good on mistakes or poor quality. Best deal is to have an independent quality control agent sampling your goods as they are produced. Sorry about your bad luck though.
i could not understand why they can still can keep Mini website in alibaba. and i dont know why most of diesel fuel injector in china can cheaper than other country . if anybody have same problem like me please type down the name of the company at this topic. this is the best way to stop scam company

They have a cheat girl her name Bonia 2 : Beijing Shante Songzheng International Trade Co., Ltd " fake komatsu parts . too bad quality with high price 3 : Guangzhou Santian & Lebon Machinery Parts Trading Department " the girl name Echo liu after quiet job cheated me 1200$ for komatsu monitor" 4 : Guangzhou Kingsland Auto Parts " lost 1500$ for them already " 5 G TRADE CO.,LTD " i lost 2030$ for 6 pieces of komatsu 6d125e-3 injector in 2014 this is 5 company cheated me. please be careful
One would think you would learn not to go to China for these parts? Good profit can be made, but it's no better than gambling in a crooked casino.
i also have many china friend . most of them is great . but they could not provide all parts in machinary . so sometime i have problem with other . as you know 5 year gold supplier in alibaba.com but still cheating us . hehe
Hello, pal. I also scammed by this company with Bonia and Troi. I placed some negative feedbacks on different sites. You can find them by google "Jining Songte Machinery scam". Also I sent claim to Alibaba where this company marked as "Gold supplier". They consider my appeal, but advised to solve problem with supplier directly. If you will find possibility, please do the same and may be it will beat their reputation. BR.
I avoid buying stuff from China whenever possible, I have been burned a few times myself. I'll pay more $$ to get it from Europe, USA, Mexico, South Korea, Taiwan, but never China. If there is no other option, you kind of have to budget in the scams...
Please do not be such categorical. I have good experience in cooperation with chinese companies too. But with above mentioned company I was scammed.
Lantraxco is correct. A one off part is a gamble. If you have history with a company in any country the risk of getting burned is low. Local suppliers can be a painful to deal with too. But usually one has some recourse. Just consider the total cost of your order against the savings vs a known source. A few hundred $ is attractive but if you risk thousands $ and get nothing. You should go to Las Vegas... they treat you better as they take your money.
