Dozer 39 px-22 one side not moving

I have a 39px-22 dozer. Right side quit moving forward or backward. Komatsu tech can't tell me what's wrong. Actually right side started working and leftside quit and he don't know what he did. Any ideas?

    Is it hydrostatic or frictions and clutches? From my time of working on them there was usually a model designator. D39 E and so forth.
