Drain and refill torque converter case 580ck 1973

Would like to properly drain and refill the torque converter. To get all the fluid out do I empty the torque tube drain as well as the torque converter housing drain and the torque converter drain? Is there a proper procedure to refill the torque converter 16 quarts.
